can
even help you plan for a teen or adult birthday party. Choose food for your
guests from our party platter menu in advance or simply order at the quick
serve counter during your party.

Frequently Asked Questions about Zodo’s Birthday Parties
How do I book a party at Zodo’s?
Zodo’s has a set schedule for birthday party times
- weekday and weekend afternoons. When you call or preferably e-mail,
please provide your name, your e-mail address and day and evening phone numbers.
We will get back to you within two to
three days to book your party. You can also use our online
inquiry form to begin the process.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests I can invite?
Zodo’s requests that you have a minimum of 10 guests.
We can seat up to 50 guests at a time in our party room.
Will my party have exclusive use of the party room?
Our parties start each hour and we usually have two parties
in the party room at the same time. However, each party has a
designated table area in the party room.
How do I confirm my party details?
A Zodo’s co-worker will contact you approximately
one week prior to your party to finalize the details. We prefer to
communicate with you via e-mail whenever possible - it saves on the phone tag!
Please provide your e-mail address when
making your reservation. If you do not have e-mail, please provide us with the
best number(s) to reach you in the late
afternoon and early evening.
Should you become aware of a significant change in the quantity of your guests,
please contact us immediately. It may
mean that we need to designate another bowling lane or set additional tables
for you and we want to be sure that we can
accommodate your needs.
Does anyone help us during the party?
We typically have a party attendant on duty to help from
start to finish for the Gold & Silver Packages. Remember, we may
have two to three parties running at the same time.
Will there be Glow Bowling during our party?
Zodo’s has glow bowling almost every Saturday and
Sunday afternoon. Occasionally we have special events that require
regular lighting so you may want to inquire when booking your party.
How much bowling is included in the packages?
The kids are placed five or six per lane and bowl for one
hour with the Silver and Gold Packages. The No-Host party will be
on the bowling lanes for one and a half hours.
Will Zodo’s provide a cake?
Yes, we can order a cake for you from Anna’s Marketplace
Bakery. Prices are based on the number of guests and type of cake.
When should we arrive for our party?
It is always best to have all your guests and yourself
here at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time. Your
bowling lanes will be turned on no later than 5 minutes after your scheduled
time. Being on time allows for the best service
and allows all parties, including yours, to run as scheduled.
Where do we go when we get to Zodo’s for our party?
No-Host Parties - Check in at the Bowling Desk. Silver & Gold
Packages - please check in with the Party Attendant in
the party room which is located to the right of the main (Calle Real) entrance.
The party goers are always scheduled to bowl
first, then the Silver and Gold packages have the party room for one hour to
eat, have cake and open presents.
How long does the party last?
The Silver and Gold party packages last for two hours,
one hour of bowling and one hour in the party room. The no-host
party lasts for one and a half hours on the bowling lanes. We can also provide
a table behind your bowling area if you would
like to order food or have a cake during your No-Host party.
What can we bring in for the party?
You may bring a cake and presents, party favors and table
decoration if you desire. We provide all the paper goods for the
Silver & Gold packages and balloons for all packages. We ask that you do
not bring in food, snacks or drinks. We have food
and drinks available through our restaurant. Also, please do not bring confetti,
silly string or any other small items that are
messy and could cause people to slip or fall.
What about food and beverages for the
adults that will be attending?
You may pre-order food for your adult guests, but we suggest
that you simply let them order off our menu once they arrive.
They may dine in our dining room, on the concourse or on the lanes. We do not,
however, set places for adults at the party
table unless they are included in the party guest count.
